• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Simple - Inexpensive - Healthy - & Delicious

It's CHICKEN  ..... I use a Pressure Cooker to cook 6 to 8 legs (@ .59 a lb.) (pressure on for 5 min. let rest w/cover still on until steam is gone - about 5 min.) let cool (while boiling down the liquid to make Stock) ..... de-bone and cut off skin etc, heat a can (or two) of "cream of chicken" soup ...use Chic Stock to thin it a bit. ..... add Indian Curry to taste .... add about 4 tbls of "creamy or Chunky Peanut Butter" and 4 tbls of dark brown sugar & a little garlic powder .... I like to pour this over canned diced Potatoes (.88 @ Walmart) or white or brown rice. .... PS I also add froz peas sometimes ...... Chicken is the least expensive protein, and it's widely discounted at most super-markets ..... enjoy .... Mike ........ PPS: I also make this without Curry and use concentrated Lemon Juice.

Did you use Red Curry or Yellow Curry?

Hmmm, sounds good, I'm down with those 88 cent diced potatoes. Almost impossible to get anything at the grocery store for 88 cents.

I am a fan of curry. No Thai restaurants in our city. Can't even get supplies at the local stores. Bought some red & green curry paste from Amazon and plan on making some in the next week or so.

We did find a very good Thai restaurant about 50 miles west of us in Eureka Springs, AR. We go there at least twice a year.

For me the issue with curry Paste would be shelf life, the powder lasts a long long time ..... Mike
