• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Shell Rotella T6, 5W40... Good choice for RT-S SE5?

Just read a thread on this on a different forum and would love some feedback on it. My local NAPA has three Gallons in stock (I always get twice the needed amount at a time so I only have to run to the store once every other oil change) I need to read my owners manual on the QTY I need... But I think it is 5-6qt's...

Anyway... Good item to get for our RT-S SE5? :doorag::dontknow:

I used Shell Rotella in my Wing for awhile and it was fine. Don't know about the Spyder but I'll bet it would be okay.

I use it no issues. Change the oil every 3000 miles. Has good UOA's and alot cheaper then motorcycle specific oils. Plus it now carries the JASO rating for those that were worried it wasn't up to snuff.

Another happy user. over 50K mi on 3 different bikes so far with Zero issues.
Don't know what price your looking at but Wally world has it everyday for $19.50 per gal

Thanks guys! Knowing our clutch is wet I wanted to make sure it was A-OK to use :2thumbs:...

Looking @ 25.10 per gallon. Happy to pay the extra $15 ish to NOT support Wally. Not going to say to much more than I personally have seen small businesses be closed in direct correlation to Wally. And I support the small business owners, not Corporate hogwash as much as possible :ohyea:
