The radio fix is nothing more than some heat shrink around the antenna connection at the radio.

The other one is a software update you DO NEED to have done.

Bob, my dealer must have taken a short cut! He used a 2" piece of black tape! I saw him and couldn't believe he took the time to get to the radio and that was the fix! I said you must be kidding, a piece of tape? He said that was all that was needed...
