Service Bulletin - RT/F3 Park Brake No Release - Anyone Know the Fix it addresses?

For you techies out there.......RT`s & F3`s 2018, 2019`s
There is a service bulletin out there from BRP that addresses a NO RELEASE of the Parking Brake........
Does anybody know the FIX that the TSB addresses? I`m thinking the parking brake actuator has been enhanced. Anybody Know?

There are many other years that have had problems with parking brake not releasing including my own 2015 F3. Wonder why other years are not included??

When mine failed, the motor was OK. It was the electronic module that controls the motor (AND the windshield lift motor) that failed, and had to be replaced.

It happened under warranty, so I don't know the cost. But the techie said he thought the module itself was over $600. Plus the labor.
