• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I am still having trouble with my Sena S20, SM10 .. I pair it.. it works sitting in the driveway... but when I go for a ride... I get a message on my Garmin 660 screen that the connection failed ? then the volume on the FM, Ipod quits... I am just about to the point to take this Sena stuff and garbage can it..

I need to call customer service to find out why .. does anyone have the number ?

I have had the same problem so I called tech support yesterday. Funny, but while on the phone I had to tell the tech how to pair GPS with 20S. I removed the device and repaired it three times and eventually the pairing held! Weird. I hope it works next time I need it.
 
I was told that I cannot use an Ipod for my primary music... thus the reason I keep getting a message on my GPS screen "CONNECTION FAILED".. then no sound...thru the S20...
i'll try again later.. when I have more patience to try pairing everything again.. if this does not work... i'll can all of the Sena stuff..
