Not sure how many of you out there are using a Sena 20s with an Android phone but I ran into some trouble trying to use the two paired with an sm10 Bluetooth adapter. In trying to use the Google Maps with my phone GPS what I found was every time I paired the units together they would work until I turned the radio transmitters on either by Helmet or from the spyder. The GPS voice stop transmitting. Not understanding the system totally I called Sena tech support they were unable to help me through to a fix.
I then reached out to Motorcycle Dave and Bob for tech support. It took Bob all of about 5 to 10 min to diagnose the problem and implement a fix to resolved the communication problem Between the Android GPS and the 20s with the radio on. I install an app called soundAbout this allows you dedicate the GPS and phone streaming to set channel. Now all the units talk to each other.
For a Non-tech savvy kind of guy this was extremely frustrating and disappointing to think I spent a alot of money on a high end communicator that did not work to my needs.
Many, many thanks to Motorcycle Dave and Bob for coming to my rescue.
Problem was reported to Sena they have gotten back to me and said that they inform their development team of the problem and are working on developing a fix. We will see.
Thank again MD & Bob
