Seats interchangeable?

My navigator and I purchased an Ultimate Mid-rider seat in June and we both love it. My navigator is really happy not having to share her seat with the "Hump" of the rider's lumbar support on the standard and OEM comfort seat as well as the increased height which allows her to have a better forward view. After completing a 1250 mile tour of southern Utah and the Grand Canyon North and South Rims we have decided we can afford to retire "Scoot3r" and upgrade to a 2016 RT or RTS in January. Although I searched the threads concerning seats I need confirmation that I can install our Ultimate seat (Scoot3r's a 2010) on the new RT. I understand that there may be a problem with the on-board rear shock pump on the RTS but I am primarily concerned with the overall fit. Can somebody confirm that I can switch the seats out?
