• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Seat sensor question

Hello I just removed the stock seat .there is a passenger sensor. Can I leave this unplugged. On my new old seat pan I removed the round hoke where the old sensor went. I am making a solo seat for a rt. I moved the seat back 5 inches and that's good enough for me to stretch. Back to the sensor yes or no on leaving it unplugged. .thanks

It will through a code if left unplugged. I know this because I forgot to plug it in one time when I removed the seat.

It is the passenger detection switch (part 710005543). It has 3 wires: ground, switch detector, passenger detector. I'm not recommending this, but you could cut the harness off from the switch. Then, you could connect the switch detector to ground, and either leave the passenger detector alone (no passenger) or connect it to the other two wires (passenger on board).

HI GUYS
