• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Seat Cleaning

So what's the best recommendation for keeping the seat and passenger rails clean and removal of scuff marks?
Does anyone use saddle soap or is there a better option?

Lexol leather cleaner and preservative. Okay for BLACK. If you use it on the tan seat--it will darken--sometimes unevenly.

Saddle soap over time will rot the stitching--not recommended.

I do not recommend armour all basic--it makes the seat so slippery you can be launched off.

Armour all for leather seats--or vinyl is also a good one.

The Dr. Black (or something like that) looks good for about a month--but fades in the sun.

I gave up on the seat. Ran into the same problem as the rest of you. I wipe it down.... Does the seat tend to grey in the sun? I go from garage to road to garage do I don't see a lot of exposure.

Lemon Pledge is kind of like the "utility infielder" of baseball; quite useful at almost everything, not not quite great at any ONE thing...
I use it...

:agree: Lemon Pledge works on everything.:2thumbs: You can even use it on wooden table tops.:roflblack:
