• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Saved a ton of money today.

I saw a bike going down the road, it had 2 wheels up front and one in the rear, it was shiny and cool looking. I thought I should get one of those bikes, something shiny and cool. So I looked it up and that bike was a Spyder. I said to myself "self, don't I have one of those?" Turns out that indeed I do have one of those. You see I had to take it to the carwash to be reminded that I had a shiny cool Spyder right under my nose, or under my butt. Saved me thousands!

Gotta say..!!

it pays to wash it once in a while..!!...:roflblack: I'm assuming it's not an automatic car wash..!! :roflblack:

I did something close to this. I installed my RonBar today. Just like having a new bike :yes:

I wash mine when the collection of bugs on the windshield either gets too heavy for it to be raised, or it starts making me nauseous when I look through it... :barf:

I would get the cleaning products if someone wants to come and clean the bike for me.;) I would expect you would get the same offer from Bob, but I asked first.

Now that is hard to do.

If I stop to wash my Spyder then Iam not riding her. What shall I do ride or wash. I know wait till it rains and put soap on her and ride.

:agree:Been using the Honda cleaner for over 10 years on various bikes. Cleans the windshield AND the tupperware!

I use Armoral and usually do a 5 minute wipe down before riding. This is just in case I end up somewhere there is a shiny Harley near by.

Now that you have enlightened me, I do not have to wash and polish today!!!!

BTW I do my washes at the station, and if I have time pulla truck out of the bay to wash while I ma at it. Chief loves it.

Just sayin'............

I have a neighbor who is an avid washer and polisher. He has a beautiful black RT with a lot of chrome and pin striping. All of his riding buddies, me included, get a little bit of perverse joy out of getting a bunch of bugs and/or dust on his bike while riding. My white RT doesn't show the dirt so much so I don't work quite as hard keeping it pretty and clean.
