• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Saturday Dec 15 Wreath Across America Houston National Cemetery

Did this last year and was a very moving experience to say the least. Help is needed laying tens of thousands of wreaths on all of the grave sites. There is a very god ceremony preceding the wreath laying that honors all those buried in the cemetery. Hopefully the Houston area Spyders can make a good presence at this worthy event. Hope to see some of you there. :f_spider:

Escorted Ride

I'll be making my way over on this memorable day. We'll {PGR} be gathering in Porter @ the Walmart and making the trip over "Escorting" some of the transport vehicles. Last year was cold dreary & windy...What a great day for showing support. I'll post up the stagging time as soon as I get it for those who want to ride over.

It's Texas

We have to carry luggage so we can dress for success about every half hour in the mornings here. Here lately been a 30+ degree change from morning to afternoon.. Leave out in the morning all leathered up, come home in Spandex:roflblack:

Spydette is off that weekend, so I guess she'll be flying the flag on her spyder.

Get your Sugar on

We'l be @ Shipley's :chat: around 6:15. Exit Porter and make a "U"-turn, it's on the right about 1/4mi. Get over in the right lane ASAP

Good show of :spyder2: support! Estimated 300~400 bikes, right at 40,000 wreaths, 9 big rigs donated their time & were all the way from Maine, great/moving event with I don't know how many people at VA Cemetary but alot! Pictures posted on my Facebook Page.

Special Thanks to Greg, Roxanne, Twain, Ken, Joann, Kim, Deb & even their 2 Granddaughters for all going/being with us:2thumbs:

Very good show of support yesterday for our military community. Also good to see all the younger people there learning about true sacrifice. Was very good to see all my Spyder friends again as we'll as Kim (lol) Need to get you an RS Kim. Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and looking forward to many more rides with all of you. Be safe.

Need to get you an RS Kim..

Working on it...Found a yamaha 600 raptor front suspension. Got a 240mm swingarm. Nice punched-out 80ci kick-only Shovelhead. My only concern is the front wheels. Don't think a true spoke will handle the side force in the twisties.

I'm still looking for a crashed RS. Selling my bobber and buying the parts to build my own is more realistic.
