Don't do mountain climbing with rope or whatever. Only go up if road..:roflblack:

Upon returning from spyderfest, I stayed in bed almost 2 weeks.:yikes: ( bug or something)
Played it cool for another few days, and now I am back to ??? well I was going to say normal, but I don't think I was ever normal....:roflblack:

I was in sort of the same condition upon my return - total exhaustion, but slowly coming back around - riding thru all the rain we encountered didnt help

theres a Skill on Wheels thing on sat in Lakeland, and theres a Poker Run on Merrit Island on sunday (both are non-SRA ride - check http://www.lets-ride.com/event/florida.htm
