Said goodbye to the Spyder....

Well after a lot of deliberation I opted to trade my Spyder off this weekend and have gone back to 2 wheels full time.

The Spyder still IMHO remains an exciting ride and is a lot of fun, but for some reason that I can't quite pinpoint it just didn't satisfy me that much.

Of course considering this forum has the best mix of users that I've come across on any forum I'll still be dropping in to chat.

I know exactly what you mean and how you feel Sleepman.

I must say that I am almost at that point too.

Let's see what happnes when I get back from Frisco in 4 weeks and confront my dealer again about the same problems I have been having all along.

I don't remember you having problems with your Spyder. What problems have you been having all along? :dontknow:

So what did you wind up getting? :doorag:

I picked up an 09 KLR650, which is what my main ride was when I bought the Spyder. I'd been missing the ability to tear off down any dirt road I found.
