Ryker 900 Top Cases

Hey All,

I'd like to put a top case on the max mount. Will the Givi Monokey Universal Mount work? (not the Monolock) Will the Shad Universal Mount work?

I looked at the SlingMod case set but each case only holds 10lbs max. And I really don't need the side cases.

Also, are there any options for easy swapping between a top case and a seat? The OEM Linq top "case" looks more like a bag and is not lockable. I'm not planning on riding 2-up very often but wanted to know about the options as it may effect the top case choice.

Any insight on top cases what so ever would be appreciated.

Unless Givi or Shad specifically state compatible with Can-Am Ryker Max Mount, probably not, but I have no direct experience.
The BRP options for Max Mount are an easy switch from seat to luggage.

I have purchased a few top cases on E-bay, all the metal bases that come with them can be adapted to any OEM bracket ...imho .... Mike :thumbup:

I bought one of these adapters for the Max Mount from a vendor in Canada. https://spyderzone.ca/en/product/linq-attachement-plate-for-ryker-top-case/. It is very sturdy. You drill the adapter for the base that comes with any of the aftermarket top cases and bolt it. Then the whole base and adapter becomes quickly removable. Shipping from Canada was covered by the difference in exchange rate.

In my case I just drilled and bolted an old top case I had directly to the adapter
