I have to say that I am very happy with the new RTS. I miss some of the stuff I had on my RS, but that will all come later. Riding position is a little too upright for me, so I may have the seat recut to allow me to sit back a little more. The wind protection is great and I even turned on the heated grips( was a cold 45 degrees..LOL) and cooked my hands. I'm still on the first tank of fuel, but can already see that she likes to drink gas a little more than the RS. I figure that will impove once its broke in. Finish of the paint is far better than the RS, and after 4 coats of ZAINO, its like a mirror. The exhaust end trim and heat shield got painted black right away. The satin aluminum look just didnt do it for me. Peg mounts and pegs/boards will be off to the powder coater to become satin black. Tomorrow will be an all day at the dealer, with the hitch and Lojack getting installed. Stay tuned,,,,more to follow
