• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Coca Cola used to be good as a rust remover. Spray bottle, some coke, a brush, a rag?

Rust

OOOO steel wool, mothers mag and aluminum polish, elbow grease. Use Q-tips to get in the tiny spaces. Wax afterward to help ward off rust.

Does your car have a " scissor " type jack......that will work if you block the other two wheels......Be advised the BRP tool kit does....NOT... contain a socket to remove the lug nuts .......good luck....Mike

you need a ph neutral wheel cleaner(any auto parts store will have just read label), hose off then use a
chrome wheel polish. I sell & use xtreem at my store but never dull works the same. then i recommend a
high temp wheel wax to protect the chrome.
we repair, clean and polish chrome wheels at my place all the time and this is what i find works the best.

Gotta say..!!

your best bet is still going to be to remove the wheels and get to all areas or it is comming back soon. Like Mike said you can use your car jack to do each wheel one at a time. You need to clean the bolts well and the insides of the nuts...

MEA CULPEA, MEA CULPA

:agree:......Glad you caught that ....TYPO....the 14 doesn't either ......and I corrected my post ...in big size :roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:.....Mike
