• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

20160513_114144.jpg20170302_122229.jpg Before with factory seat wife unable to see over me. Now my Russell Day Long modified and raised so wife can see over my helmet and not looking at the back of my head or peeking around the sides. I've had to do this with all my bikes since she quit riding her own. Russell has always came thru. Of course a lot of other things have to be modified when you raise the passenger seat. Added F4 Customs XL wide and tall with vent windshield for wind control. Cut down and shaved/reformed passenger backrest. Made extensions for armrests, extensions to raise foot boards, made pull pins instead of the bolt and nuts to hold seat into place since cant get wrench in because of new height. Works great with a extra long needle nose, takes a couple minutes to pull seat. Removed factory prop shock and made a prop rod to hold the seat up as it is too heavy now. One advantage to this seat job I think I'll like is I may not not need my utopia backrest anymore as the seat back for me [drivers] appears to be high enough without one. That will save me from having to cut the seat and make another extension bracket if i don't. I won't know till Wisconsin's weather clears again about comfort as it is back in storage. But Russell gives you 7-8 months comfort warranty and I've never had an issue previously. Happy wife, happy life. Safe Riding!

PS> can't get pictures to rotate up and down, sorry. :dontknow:
