• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

RTS Rear Speaker Controls?

Hello Everyone and happy 4th! This is my first post to this site and I need your help please. We just picked up our new RTS yesterday and I discovered that I cannot adjust the volume for the rear speakers? We asked the service dept about it and were told that they had called BRP five times about it and that it's not adjustable? Why put something on a bike that doesn't work? It says in the manual that it does. Could this possibly be an issue of something didn't get plugged in or hooked up right? Has anyone else had this problem? I want to be able to listen to my music with both the front and back speakers if this is possible.

Are you saying that from the passenger seat you are not able to adjust the speaker volume if that is the case we aked our dealer the same question and was advised that the vlolum control is for the communication device as a safety feature that the passenger can not adjust the volume on the radio and startle the driver.

The passenger control is not intended to adjust the rear speaker volume, it only adjusts the passenger helmet speaker volume if the optional CB/Comm System is installed. It will change the song or playlist on the iPod, though. To adjust the rear speaker volume relative to the front, go into the audio menu and adjust the fader control.
