• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

RTS Frint Mudflap lights

Fire Bike

I am curious , for those who have installed the replacement light unit in place of the front Mudflap reflector. Does the light bother at night since it is visible to the driver?

I don't have them... but I'd guess that since that light would be so close to the ground; you'd have to be looking for it, to see it. ;)

It doesn't bother me at all, in fact if I ride a Spyder without it, I feel something is missing. The mudflap lights are the first mod I put on the Spyders, ever since we got our first set.

Now if you could just convince my Missus that they're a necessary addition...
She didn't want me turning the Spyder, "into a Christmas tree" after our Gold Wing "incident"... :opps:

You too???
I took a perfectly good 1983 GL 1100, and turned it into a... well I really don't know how to describe it, but I couldn't run in 5th gear if I wanted the battery to have anything in it when I shut the bike off! :opps:
