• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

RT-S Handling

Front shocks on 3, rear set at mid point. Front tire pressure at 14psi and rear at 24psi...

I drove to work yesterday in 40mph crosswinds with gusts over 50 (up to 56). This was on the freeway. The bike handled fine and was fairly stable even behind all the rigs. I was one up doing 70mph.

I am really loving how this bike handles! :2thumbs:

I would not recommend running the front tire pressure at a pressure less than the minimum printed on the tire sidewall (15 psi). Very few tires have minimum pressures listed...and when they do, it is important!

got my (1.austrian) blue RT yesterday (13.000 mls on my GS..sold) made my first trip today.. but need some help (lamont?) - still cannot find an elegant radius on my curves ..drive them more like an S .. maybe needs more time
(the front shoks are now on "´4" ..not so easy with this "tool")

but : its fantastic - wonderful - unbeleiveable -
:congrats: to all this guys who designed it

Had mine bumped up from 3 to 5 this past week. Tires were at 20lbs on both settings. I felt a "measurable" difference to the good. Although I was pleased with what I had, I wanted to see if I could improve. It did.

Another rediculously windy day. This time; two up, rear shock maxed and everything else the same. Handled like a dream! my wife got kicked around some on the back....mainly her helmet. The helmets we have are cheap, heavy and poorly balanced. We'll be replacing those soon.

Cornering with this machine has to be the best part. It eats up corners and begs for more throttle. I love it!

Now to change the oil, break it down and do a good inspection....... Glad to be done with the break in!
