• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

RT Problems ???

Questions

New member
I've owned my RT for 1 year now and it's been in the shop 5 times with check engine lights coming on. There was a recall on the throttle body, parking brake spring, grommet, and squeaky brake pads. All that done, it is now waiting for a second new throttle body to replace the month old one it now has. We love our Spyder but it is constantly in the shop, anyone else having similiar problems?

Lots of us have had the same issues, which were addressed under warranty. Very few have needed multiple throttle body replacements, however. Make sure your dealer also performs the ECM update when he replaces the throttle body. failure to do so could damage yet another TB.

Thx for the comeback

We really enjoy our 2011 RT, too bad it's in the shop so much. Was fearing the dealer wasn't really up to date on fixing Spyders? We keep hoping it's the last time in the shop so we can be out riding in this great weather down here.
