There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

You asking about a driver backrest? The passenger backrest is retained by 3 screws and two torx from inside the trunk.

I have the BRP drivers backrest and love it. Installation was easy... raise the seat, screw in four bolts, lower seat, remove the seat plug and pop in the backrest. Note to self... Please make sure you double-check and triple-check that the one being ordered is the correct model for the type of seat that is installed on your 2014 RT Limited. Explanation... While the BRP backrests themselves are the exact same for the "Production" seat and one the "Comfort" seat, the moujting brackets are a little different to account for the locations of the seat plug (e.g. the lumbar support of the comfort seat is pushed back 2". You guessed it, even after asking the dealer to double-check that the "production seat backrest" was being ordered, the part number recorded on the paperwork somehow reflected the "comfort seat backrest". Of course this wasn't discovered until after it arrived.

I bought mine for my 2014RT from Utopia. They also have for other years. Less expensive than from BRP. Perfect match to the stock seat. Installed in less than 30 minutes.
