• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Rolling Thunder

All,

I was wondering who is going to make it to Rolling Thunder this year?

Would the spyder lovers like to meet up and roll heavy to the pentagon?

That year saw a a few spyder riders but it would be awsome to ride as a group.

I'll be there Saturday. I can't be there Monday because of other things I have to do here at home. I always park to the right of the Lincoln Monument as you look up into it. In that parking area is a small gift shop type place. If anyone shows up That is where I'll be Most of the day Saturday. :2thumbs:

I will be there but I am not sure what day. It would be great if we could go as a group. I will be heading in from Winchester va.

I'm going with a group very early to get into the Pentagon lots...you have to get there really early or else you'll be there for what feels like an eternity.

Rolling Thunder is MONDAY, not Saturday, and not Sunday...the event is THE parade ride on Monday....I know people like to go down and picnic and hang out in DC for the Memorial Day weekend, but the Rolling Thunder ride is just that...tens of thousands of bikes, like the sound of thunder...all to a marine salute as you go down the parade route...

If anyone wants to join the group I'm going with, you're more than welcome...I'll probably be getting down there before 7am...

We won't be making it to Washington, but some of our members are meeting in Wentzville, MO and riding to Jefferson Barracks in St. Louis. That is Tuesday -- Day 7 -- May 25th.
