I had a chance to ride the new RTS demo last week. Roberts Sport Center of Malone, Inc., NY (518-483-6414) is my closest dealer. I have purchased several motorcycles in my 40+ years of riding - and decided to try the Spyder in 2008. My wife and I have put 7,000 miles on it and I wanted to try out the 2010 RTS. It is a great improvement over the 2008 - as far as ride quality, weather protection, and the amenities it has to offer. I had to add a lot of extras to the 2008 to make it comfortable for touring two-up. This machine seems to have it 'all'. We found our dealer, Wayne Roberts, great to deal with; answering many questions we had; and does whatever he can to work with the customer. His service dept. is knowledgeable and has been able to handle downloads from BRP, without any hitches. I feel very confident in their service work and customer satisfaction is of high priority.
