• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Road trippin - New Orleans to Memphis

Good morning, my brother and I will be leaving on our journey to New Orleans and Memphis at 6 am today. This journey is bittersweet for me. The ultimate goal here is taking my wife's ashes to Graceland. She was a huge Elvis fan and since I failed to get her there when she was alive, I told her before she died, I would get here there this year. So begins my journey. I will try to update this as best I can. Y'all take care.

Not quite sure what was up with your maps Duster, but I've got them back to showing just the one - is that what you wanted?? :dontknow:

When you edit your maps for your sig line, it looked like you must've been adding a new map every time - I pulled out the earlier two and saved the map that looked like your last entry. You should be able to edit your signature yourself thru the 'edit signature' option in the left-hand column of the screen accessed by clicking the 'My Settings' option up in the top right corner of the screen, but if you 'add' a new map entry, rather than adding State abbreviations to the existing map entry, then you'll need to delete the earlier versions before saving the latest map. PM if you need a hand/want any further help.

Today's update, left New Orleans this morning, made it to Memphis and Graceland. I managed to leave a little bit of my wife's ashes in a flowerpot. At least a small amount of her is with Elvis. Now we are heading home to Virginia. We are about 140 miles West of Nashville, and the plan is to stop at BajaRon's on the way by.
