21mm or 13/16" thin wall deep socket.

13/16 " spark plug socket. Just did new tyres last week, 77 ft lbs. Good luck, don't forget to check the pads as you have the wheel off.

Use a six-point, not a 12-point socket.

I used a 21mm. Cause it is a tiny bit bigger than the 13/16.

I put some black electrical tape around the lug nuts. And also around the outside of the socket so I didn't scratch anything.

The 21mm fit perfect with one layer of electrical tape around the lug nuts.

Your gonna need a special tool...or never need to pull the wheel..:roflblack: must look sharp color matched and all...:2thumbs:

I have the spline socket & my lugs are blue to match my metal valves. i like them because i know i won't scratch the
lug holes & i always hand torque.
