• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Rim Swap Question

I have a 12 rss with 15inch rims stock. I found a set of unused 14inch rims I would like to put on. I don't want to go smaller but I really like these rims. My question is with going to a smaller rim will that be a issue for the computer system of the bike? I don't want codes going off when I am taking corners. Any suggestions are welcomed.

As I see it..!!

you could compensate by going with a higher profile tire. I don't think the difference was that much if you stick with the stock sizes the original rims had on them. A few measurements and tire spec's could put your mind at ease and keep nanny quiet...

2012 RSS didn't have 15 inch wheels or the bigger Brembo brakes they didn't come out till 13 unless someone put the 13 wheels on it

2012 rss package comes with 15 inch rims in black. I bought my bike out if the crate new. The brakes idk about.

Since 15 inch front wheels were introduced as a brand new feature for the 2013 model year. I am very sceptical that you got 15 inch wheel on your 2012 from the factory. Dealer switch maybe?

Good point,
RT wheels will fit; you'll have to play with the fender offset, to get them back over the wheels... :2thumbs:

You may wanna double check that 14 inch 6 open spoke wheel for 2012

2013 was the start for 15 inch wheels . That was one of the reasons I purchased a 13

how about posting a pic of your bike
