Ride to Spyderfest

Seen several people from Texas who are going to Spyderfest. It would be nice to get a group together for the ride up. I am planning to leave Fort Worth the morning of the 23rd, but I am flexible if anyone wants to meet up along the way.

Our plan CURRENTLY, is straight up Hwy 69 from Tyler, into OK, then cut over to Springfield. Depending on our work loads, we may leave on the 23, or 24th.

I'm pulling out Monday morning from Conroe, heading up 59 to Mena, Ark for an overnight and then on to Ozark,Mo on Tuesday... cya there

Not sure yet when we will leave Htown....want to be there on Tuesday....could leave Sunday or Monday and be there ....but...we'll have to put the dog in the kennels on Saturday...so might just leave saturday...putt around and get there tuesday...too far away to think about it

There is a hotel on the main road through Mena. I believe the name is SunCountry Inn. We have stayed there several times and its not bad. There is also Queen Wilamena Lodge, but I heard they are remodeling it right now. Other than that I don't remember seeing anything else.

I'll call my Aunt and see what the name is. I know we have stayed a couple times on our ventures thru there when we arrive late at night.. Like Ray said, it's on the opposite end of town. Was a nice place and clean..

looks like we might leave on sat-sun and head that way but want to go to eureka springs this time and then head for ozarks,anyone wanting to go that way speak up.also all these plans depends on the weather

The north tx spyder ryders have about 8 bikes headed for spyderfest. Anyone is welcome to join up. Check out their website at spyderrydersofnorthtexas.com for additional info on routes and dates. Most will be leaving from the Dallas/Ft Worth area.
