There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Retrofit speakers or audio system to helmet with bluetooth?

I have a 2010 RT and it is a fairly loud bike. Currently when I ride, I use some foam ear plugs to knock down the noise and save what is left of my hearing. I'd like to have a way to listen to music and ideally answer the phone if it should go off when I'm driving. I see that there are various devices out there including ones made by Sena that are used for communicating between driver and passenger as well as other riders in a group. But the question I have is how do folks that use these deal with all the noise the bike makes running?

I did get a set of fairly cheap noise cancelling earphones for the holidays and they actually do work at cutting out much of the noise. But they are a bit tricky to deal with taking the helmet on and off as the helmet fits tight (as it should) and they can be dislodged. Are there any active noise cancelling helmet audio systems that would do what I'm thinking? Thanks, Bob

More data.....

What kinda of helmet are you using to start with...open face, modular, full face or a chili bowl....:roflblack: if the bike is that loud you might start there. I have a modular and a G9 comm but do have to close it to deal with calls. Most have auto volume so it increases with the more noise around you. Some helmets are better than others...:dontknow:

:agree: That and do you have aftermarket exhaust? May just need baffle adjustment:dontknow:

Bike is original, no mods to the exhaust. As for the helmets, I have 2. A modular GMAX GM54 and a 3/4 open face HJC. The modular helmet is definitely the quieter of the two, but both need some sort of hearing protection.
