• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Request for prayer

Received a not so good note from a very good friend last evening. She was being treated for colon cancer the past 1 1/2 years and all looked very good. She went to the doctor last week and found out she now has a spot on her liver and the doc told her she is now in stage 4. We met a long time ago when I was the athletics coach for Special Olympics in our county. Her son was on the team. Her husband retired a few years ago from USAF. We ride together in the Guardian Brotherhood. I know our SL friends will respond with prayer and Kris and I thank you for it and I know our friends will thank you also.

Lost my Dad to cancer and many friends and family, have friends and family that are dealing with it now. I hate cancer and will add your friend to our prayers.

We are dealing with cancer in my family. Such a vicious disease. Will certainly pray for your friend.

So sorry to hear the news about your friend. I will be praying for her as well as all the other folks dealing with cancer...we're discovering firsthand what a pain in the :cus: such a diagnosis is since Ed (Erags) is also fighting it at this time. He's been a real trooper through it all. We're on our way back to MD Anderson; hopefully we'll have good news to report by Thursday, when our appointments will all be finished.
