• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Replacing Light Bulbs

Am I mistaken ? Holy CRAP. You need to disassemble half the front end to replace a light bulb ?
How long are they expected to last?
On my Motorcycle, I would be real lucky to get a full season out of the bulbs.

put on 15000 miles last season and both bulbs are still working. But, yes, almost everything is tougher to get to on the Spyder compared to a cruiser type motorcycle that is all open.

My old bike (as of last Saturday) was an ST1100. Lot's of bodywork had to come off for modifications, but it came off pretty easily. I was looking at the Maintenance Manual for the RT. I'm planning some electronic additions soon, so I need to know how to get the body work off.
