Removing passenger foot pegs!!!!

can some one explain to me how to remove the passenger foot pegs im having a lot of trouble with taking them off i removed the e clip and after that im lost i have 2009 can am spyder rs

Push the center pin up. But be careful when slidding the foot rest out there is a spring loaded bearing in there. You dont want that shooting around the shop. You will never find it again.

thats the problem the pin is not pushing up

Try hitting it with a hammer(a little bit). Also try wiggling the peg while you try pushing up on it. It maybe jammed a little.

this is for the rear right?? becuase the front was so easy the rear i hit with a hammer and nothing comming up

i c what you mean it was coming up with the hammer then it got stuck its so tiring but i have 2 houses im at the end of 309 right near cheltenham mall and the other i live in ambler near mountgomeryville mall
