There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

reminds me of a joke
husband and wife driving on I 95 and get pulled over by a state trooper, the trooper walks up and asks the man DO YOU KNOW WHY I PULLED YOU OVER and the man said no. the wife says YOU KNOW WHY HE PULLED YOU OVER and the man yelled at her in a loud voice, BE QUIET!!!.
at that point the trooper said, you were speeding and not using your directional's, and the man said you have to be wrong because i always use them, and the wife says you never use them, and the man yells SHUT UP!!!, AND THE WOMAN SAYS NOTHING.
the trooper bends down some more and looks at the wife and says, does he always yell at you like this, to which the woman says NO, ONLY WHEN HE IS DRUNK

I've got a sTATE Trooper (retired) buddy who told me this one...
He pulls over a car out on Rte 17; just East of Liberty, NY.
The driver (husband) opens his window, and reaches for his walllet...
The Wife starts in...
"We weren't doin' nuthin'! Why'd you waste OUR time by pulling us over? This is an outrage! I want your name and badge number! Why aren't you out catching REAL criminals?"
...And it goes on and on...:shocked:
He gets the paperwork from the husband, goes back to the Patrol car to check things out, and shortly returns to "The scene of the crime"...
"Here's your paperwork; I'm writing you for speeding... You were doing 81 in a 65 zone, so that's what I wrote it for.
I wasn't going to; your Wife's demeanor convinced me that I had to.
