• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

This subject may of already been covered but I haven't been able to find anything. I have a mount for my I-phone4 on my handle bars with a 12volt receptical near by. Works great for bluetooth to my Cardo G-4 head set and allows me to manage my phone/Ipod. NOW, I'd like to connect the phone to the RTs speakers as though it were plugged in in the rear compartment. SO, what I need is info for diplicating the rear compartment connection up to my handle bars. Has anyone done this? If so, please post the info for me. Thanks

Just recently did something like this on my RT. Used the BRP MP3 plug/connector (#219400186) in the trunk. Then installed a 3.5mm connector cable, about 4' along the frame, from the trunk to the glove box. Now I can plug an MP3 or smartphone (or Ipod, etc) into either the trunk socket, or into the socket inside the glove box. Either gets the sound into the RT sound system but not with full control like you get with the BRP Ipod connector cable.
Pictures of this are hard to come by as they only show the end connections. It was easy to do except a lot of panels were off when I did it.

Thanks everyone for the help. Think I'm on the way now. "Ypilot" was kind enough to do a web search and find the right weather prof recpt.
