Red backrest?

I know they make the red sport rack for the spyder but does anyone know if they make a red backrest? I dont want to put a silver backrest on my red spyder.

Dont think so. I have the red sport rack and the backrest is silver. doesn't look bad but I would like the red also. I asked about this a month ago when I got my rack and the answer from the dealer is no they don''t make it. Haven't seen it in the catalog either.

That wont work for me. Maybe I just have to be patient. They didnt have the red sport rack when I got my spyder. And now they do. So I guess I will have to wait.

We have a red Spyder with a silver sport rack/backrest. We are thinking of getting it powder-coated, but in black. I think the black would be easier to match than the red and would complement the black side pastics to the tail lights.

The backrest is now available in all the Spyder colors. Dealers are just about to put their orders in.

Just bought a red sport rack and silver back rest. I asked the dealer to double check on the availability of a red back rest. According to them the rest only comes in silver. My plan is have mine powdercoated black.:thumbup:

Colored backrests

OK, once again I'll say this for those that missed it... BRP has sent out the order form to ll Spyder dealers. The back rest is available in all current Spyder Colors, Black,Red, Silver & Yellow. This also means the sport rack that's required for the backrest is available. Check your Spyder parts dept. or the online Spyder Ryders site and check the catalogue there.
