• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Rear wheel bearings...

Does anyone know if the rear wheel bearings can be pushed out from the back side, or do you need an internal bearing puller?

When I did my GS I Tapped two of them out from behind with a socket and extension just a bit smaller than the bearing-Piece of cake!
The larger one I had the dealer take off because I didn,t have the tool to remove the cir clip?? He then put the new tire and All three bearing in for me for $25.

Thanks Sarge. Looking at the drawing, it looked as if they could be pressed out from behind. Just wanted to be sure before I dug into the project. I'm at 25k and need to replace the tire, so I figured it was a good time to replace the bearings while I had everything apart.
