Rear trunk won’t lock - is there a fix?

I just purchased a 2021 Spyder RT Limited and after I go it home I found out that the rear trunk won’t lock correctly. After using the key to put it a locked state, you can still push the button and it will open. Has anyone else had this issue and is there a fix for this?
