• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Rear Tire

8 LEGS

Just had a new tire out on thevrear and I think something is wrong, which side is the vavle stem to be on. It is on the spocket side and I cant check or put air in the tire.

It has always been on the sprocket side. If they accidentally aligned your sprocket spokes between the wheel spokes, instead of in line with them, it could be a real bear to access the valve.

Sadly..!!

the wheel can only go on one way. That is the way it was designed. It's not easy but doable. The tool kit gauge works but there are others. The double headed truck style works reading from the back...many are changing the valve stem when changing the tire to an angled stem. Little practice and you'll be good to go..!!

They have you covered. Are you listening BRP? Let's make checking air pressure more user friendly, since it affects the ride and the life of the tires.

Good point and something to remind the installers when you're having a new tire put on. Mine was aligned near the sprocket spoke but I can still get at it...just not quite as easily as before.
