Rear Shock GONE Bouncin

I have a 2011 RT and paid the big bucks for the 5 year Best warranty. It seems that my rear shock has bitten the big one. I'm just checking if that has been something others have had to replace. I ,of course, would think that would be covered by the extended warranty. :shocked: Before I call the shop and make the appointment I sure would like some other input.

I was going to ask you how the ride home was... :shocked:
That shock just seemed to lose all of it's damping "mojo"... :gaah:
Was the air bladder still able to hold whatever the compressor threw into it?

This sure should be covered; please let us know what your dealer says; good luck! :thumbup:

I had one replaced under Best on my 2010. $50 copay and that was it.
