Radio Supplier Spyder RT -S

I am having an issue ref the Factory installed Radio system on my
Spyder RT -S

In the UK We have to use Region B not Region A as in Canada/USA

I can set up Region B using the mode button and find all the channels I want
if I just listern to the Radio all is fine it's when I select GPS or I pod via AUX the Radio resets itself back to Region A
I have to change the Region to B Switch off and then when I switch my
Spyder back on its on Region B with all my presets saved

I would like to contact the Manafactures of the Radio set and see if they
can help me either via a software upgrade of a way of deleting all the
Regions except B - Making Region B my defalut setting

I don't know who makes the Radio (Audio system for the Spyder) or how to contact them only via BRP
I have contacted BRP but the refered me to my dealer who did try to solve the issue but I still have it and hope the manufacture may be able to help

Therefore any information may be helpful

This problem is in the BRP software, not the radio. Lean on your dealer.
