Our Triumph has a weather band on the radio and if a weather bulletin goes out the weather band will override all other frequencies and we will hear the bulletin. Does the radio on the RT do this?

when I was living in South Carolina this year, one day I left work early as severe storm and tornado warnings were being issued. nothing came over the WX band on my Spyders radio system. sky was black as coal.

No, you have to go into settings and change it to weather.
