• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Radio Chirping Sound

Nor-Cal Spyder

New member
I recently bought a 2011 RT Limited and had the C/B radio and XM radio package installed. It all works great after a short learning curve. When I'm driving and I shift I hear a chirp in the drivers helmet headphones. Anyone else have this experience and any idea how to stop it.

Thanks in advance.

same issue

I have a 2011 RT. I thought I was having same noise when shifting and could not figure it out. When I turn the radio off, the chirping noise is gone. Must be some type of static interference from the electronic shifting.

noise

My RT maes this noise when I am in AUX position (MP3 or in my case Zumo 550/XM) with no signal in it i.e no Zumo plugged...
