• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I ordered the Bluetooth Adapter for my 14 RTS, I noticed that BRP sells a Cell phone Cable ( ?) Do i need to add this?

Cellphone Interface Kit
Electrical harness tucked underneath vehicle allows you to communicate with your Bluetooth cellphone via your helmet headset. Requires AM/FM Integrated Audio System (219400464) for Spyder 2012 and prior, CB & Communication System (219400145), Entertainment Harness (219400439) and GPS Navigation System with Support (219400463).

If you mean you ordered the Bluetooth dongle, then no, you don't need the above cable kit.

I have the device installed but have had issues with the talk back part of the phone call. I receive the call very well but the calling party has a hard time hearing my voice. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or have the setup wrong. If any one that uses this dongle and it works for them let me know. Bob
