There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I do believe that there's a pushpin in there...
Take your pocketknife, and it's brother that you keep in your nightstand
, and just gently pry up a little bit under opposit sides of it.
Once you get it to where you can grab it; just take any thumb and forefinger that you can spare, and pull that center pin all the way up. :thumbup:
You'll feel some resistance... if you don't stop; it'll come right out of the rest of the darn thing! :shocked:
Now... (This is where it gets 'Fun") if you can't get your paw around the piece that's still in the bodywork; you can try just pulling the black cover up and out... :yikes:
Or take the two knives, and CAREFULLY start them in around the outer lip... CAREFULLY; we don't wasnt any scratches!
Once you get it started; yank it out of there!
Just re-assemble the two pieces of the push-pin, with the inner pin sticking up, before pushing everyting together back down there! :2thumbs:

Caution
As Bob said, a simple push-pin that requires the center part to be pulled up. It's actually easier if you do pull the center all the way out and then the outer part so there is nothing preventing you from moving the panel around.
Now the caution is this. If you have an RT-S or Limited with the trunk light, there is a little arm that turns the frunk light off when you close the frunk. It's a little skinny metal arm and there is a cutout in the black panel to allow it to come thru and be pushed down by a protrusion on the frunk lid. When wrestling with the black panel, you can hit and bend the little arm such that the protrusion on the frunk lid will not contact it and not push it down. Then your light will be on all the time. It will turn off when you shut the bike off as it seems to be timed with the headlights, turning off after about 30 secs or so. So it wouldn't drain the battery. But if you like things to be "correct", take care and watch out for that little arm.
