Put 700 miles on this weekend

I put 700 miles on the new RT Limited this weekend. Its ready for the 600 mile service now. Had zero problems and a flawless weekend. I'm still a little skittish in tight corners, but am getting used to them. I went to the CMA Texas State Rally and there were several Spyders there and even a couple of Trex motorcycles. Very good trip. :2thumbs::2thumbs:

I only managed just over 300, picked it up Saturday afternoon, the rest of the time as been admiring with the rest of the family.

sounds like you had a blast, curious, did you baby it or rode it like you stole it?, I'm babying mine a little :bowdown:.

Breakin Ride

The first 300 or so I was pretty easy on it and the remainder of the trip I pretty much road it normal. I am not a super agressive rider. It handled the trip very well. The highway pegs were a great addition.

Congrats on the 700 mile weekend. We went on a group ride with the Goldwing riders and went a little over 70 miles for their first ride of the year. There were 16 wings, 1 HD, a 1989 Honda Pacifica, and my Spyder. The Spyder and the Pacifica seemed to get the most commentary. Very nice people to ride with.
