• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

After 250,000 miles of 2-up riding (Venture and Roadliner) my wonderful wife has decided she wants to ride alone :(

So, after 6 months research, several hours of demo rides, a 3-wheel motorcycle training class and a discussion w/local dealer, tonight we take delivery of a Cognac 2014 RT Limited!


My thanks and appreciation to ya'll for creating and maintaining this site.
It's a wealth of info and knowledgeable folks that i know will become one of my frequent www haunts..:thumbup:

a VERY WET RIDE....Monsoon season..

So, leaving the dealership ( Chandler, AZ) yesterday evening on the new scoot -- the skies opened up and POURED RAIN...
Reports said 1 inch in 30 minutes - and i was SOAKED....

so - this morning - we decided to ride to work ( Queen Creek to Scottsdale).. another "mistake"..

Rained so hard for a few minutes we could only see 20 feet...
emergency flashers on / speed down / track the brake lights ahead..

on the bight side -- she handles pretty well in the wet.. LOL
- as long as nothing gets waterlogged, I'll be able to ride home this afternoon.
