• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Problem with My Spyder

Does anyone see the problem?
As a way of some background, last year the engine in my 2008 was rebuilt by SLO Motorsports. Afterwards, I had the 600 mile oil change done by SLO. I was then told by Carlos at BRP that SLO was no longer a Can Am dealer. I then took it to Clawson Mortorsports in Fresno for the next 3000 mile oil change. Then last Friday I took it in for the next 3000 mile oil change. This oil change was done by a guy who does metric and said he would do it. I chose him rather than travel 260 miles for an oil change. It was him that noticed the bolt. It took him about 30 minutes to reach in and tighten the bolt.

It has been running ok and the mechanic said that there weren't any leaks. But while that is good news, it is frustrating thinking that your spyder is good to go when it isn't. It also sucks if you aren't mechanically inclined and you are paying someone good money to do the job because that is not where your talent is. (if I have any talent)

Holy :yikes: Bat man! Was it running okay. :ani29:
