Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Powder Coated Wheels

Just got my wheels, hub, and sprocket back from the powder coaters and thought I would post a few pics. I powder coated all the metal parts 2-winters ago and always wanted to do the wheels to finish the blacked out look. This is called wet black. It is shinier than gloss black and yes they do look wet. I love the way they turned out.

I will post some pics later when I get them on the Spyder.

Looks very good. I'ld like to see a picture when you get them back on your Spyder, for the whole effect.

No. It is about the only thing that is not. I have a black leather cover over it but the end does stick out. If I would have been thinking I would have. Can`t believe I didn`t.

Thanks for all the comments!

You might as well take it off now and get it done. Now that I mentioned it, it's going to bother you until you do. :roflblack:

I think that pazzo racing does custom clutch levers in pretty near any color you'd like!
You're going to have to get some GloRyders with the remote control so that you can find that bike at night... :roflblack:

They came out incredible. Love the high gloss black. Powder coating produces such great results.

I recently purchased a low cost powder coat gun and powder coated my Rivco floorboards black to match the RS-S color scheme. They came out perfect.

Powder coating is easy, much easier than painting and it cost less than $175 for the equipment. Next I'm going to powder coat the wheels to my car.

I don`t have the glow riders yet but they are on the list. I do have enough black light to do the job. They do not show up well in pics but a total of 25 ft. of black lights and about 60 hours tearing everything apart to do it. Other than the ones in the headlight in the pic you can not see any of them, only the light from them.DSC00076.jpg
