Posting pictures

I have tried to post pic. but can't get them to transfer from Putfile , had my daughter try to help me but she just did what i already tried. Thought i was following directions Lamonster posted for doing this but i am missing something, not real computer literate :redfaced:

If you look below the picture you will see a link that says "Embed"
Click on that and then it will open up three lines of code, "Right Click" on the middle BB code and copy that url and just paste it in the message like this.

The avatar is a whole different deal. I have the size limit set at 140 pix wide so if it's wider than that it won't load.
