People can not possibly be this brain dead.

Two stories of people leaving pets outside in front of closed animal shelters. One incident turned out ok, the other not so much.

People can be heartless as well as brainless.

My most recent rescue (she has been with me 7 years now), was abandoned in the cold. She lost half of both back legs, her tail, and ears.

A bit rough looking, but the sweetest cat I have ever owned. She gets around except for jumping high, and is my constant companion. :yes:

I can't address that. I am not a hunter and therefore not up on the regs. It does sound a bit cruel and inhumane to me if that is any consolation. :thumbup:

People who are heartless enough to let their pets / livestock etc freeze in this cold ought to be stripped naked and tied to a fence in this cold.
